What does locking my price mean?

Your price is set when you subscribe and stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, whatever the price is later. If you cancel and come back, you subscribe at the price open then.

How does the founding ladder work?

The first 10 seats are $179 a quarter. Each step after that is twice the size of the one before and $20 more, up to $279; then it’s $299 a quarter, for now. The price you subscribe at is the one you keep.

Is there a free trial?

No. Access starts as soon as you subscribe.

Can I get a refund?

No. Access starts immediately, so there are no refunds. If you’re in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that access starts at once and that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw.

What else do I pay for?

Your Claude subscription, for Claude Code (Max recommended), and your ElevenLabs usage, each billed by them. ReelFactory doesn’t include either.

What do I need?

A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 13 or later, Claude Code signed in with your own Claude subscription (Max recommended), and your own ElevenLabs API key for the voice. In the app, Setup checks Claude Code, the key and the tools the renders use, and shows the fix for anything missing.
